Last week updates

Down the lift

Wiring final set up

Shack Fabrications

Superior upsweep mufflers installed, rippled wheel cover from Kevin Baas (Baas Metal Craft) on rear. Hummer tank and ignition switch are in place

When the bikes where outside I could clean up the shack and meanwhile took good care of the carb and fitted up the oil lines

Getting close. Few details to finish such as the rear tail/stop light, gas wire, fuel line, brake wire at the front

I'm off for a few days. Will try to get to fire it up soon. Can't wait!

Panhead final assembly part # 2

Back to my project. I've got parts chromed back to the Shack

Front pipe installed. I also relocated the regulator.

Squish pipe. Engine and transmission are now bolted in place.

The fork bearings are greased and in place with the "restyled" springer. Inner primary installed. Awesome

Panhead assembly

the 21" with the duplex black drum. Classy

Flanders risers and bars. A cool front end, I really dig it.

Panhead assembly #2

Oil bag fitted nice and smooth as rear tyre. Have to adjust the rear fender bracket to the oil bag. Sissy bar from Sweden (@Mattias - LeBeef)!

This week couldn't work much to the Pan. Just a few updates.

Steering cups installer ...

Panhead final assembly

I spent the past two weeks to set things up here and there, finished exhaust pipes and sent to chrome, I've got stuff back from the chromer and from Denis who helped me out to rebuild the transmission. The frame is back and ready to roll. Final assembly is on its way ...

'77 ratched top transmission rebuilt

Frame back to the shack in its bright black shiny shape. Gorgeous to me, so much work behind this final result.

Ready to put the motor in the frame

Smooth the paint where the engine lean on the frame

The motor in its place, nice and much easier than I thought. no scratches on the paint job. Good boy ..

Trans, seat and gas tank have joined the frame. I will keep this "primer" look for a while ... No regret ... I'm still very undecided on paint.
